Design

29 & Design analyzes the structure of the space to determine viability of any changes. Being a fully equipped firm, we can provide three dimensional drawings in addition to floor, lighting, and electrical plans that are essential to communicate and execute the design. After we work together to develop the best layout plan, 29 & Design provides you with finishes and fixtures to perfectly match your personal and architectural aesthetic.  

Once we complete the design planning portion of the project, we take over, allowing you to focus on the less tedious things in life. Organizing and getting into the nitty gritty details of executing a flawless design are our absolute passion. 

Deliver

29 & Design then coordinates quotes and contracts with our network of insured and trusted local contractors. 

Once construction begins, we serve as the liaison between you and the contractor. This streamlines communication which saves you time, ensures the design you fell in love with is properly brought to life, and keeps a strong handle on the timeline. You are provided with regular updates, always keeping you in the loop but without the worry.

During this time, we will work closely with you to finalize and purchase all furnishing selections to ensure a smooth transition from construction to coming home and relaxing in your new dream space.
